How do I register?


  • You register at our shop for free and without any obligation. Simply click on the "Register" button on the homepage.
  • After a successful registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to send us your business license including your tax and phone number.
  • This information can be sent to us by mail, e-mail or fax. Once we have received your business licence, you will automatically receive your activation information by e-mail.
  • Since your activation is done manually, please be patient, as this process could take some time. Now you can use all the features of the shop and enter your first order.


How can I order from

Order is valid only for qualified traders (with a business license or a commercial tax number). Once qualified and approved by LamaLoLi, you can order online.

Why can't I see any prices?

Since we are a wholesaler, only authenticated traders are able to see our wholesale prices. If you have a business, you can easily register for free. Please follow the registration process described in this help section. Once you have been successfully registered, you can convince yourself of our low prices.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse and choose what you want to order.
  2. Add it to your shopping bag by clicking the "add to shopping basket button".
  3. To view your order "click the check out button".
  4. To make a payment "select payment method".
  5. Review and submit your order.
  6. After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

All orders must be paid for in advance.

How do I redeem a coupon?


  1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart and click on "checkout"
  2. Apply your coupon.
  3. If you have not yet registered, please do it now.
  4. In the "order summary" you will see the coupon or discount value and the reduced total amount of your purchase.
  5. Conclude the payment process.

If you would like to learn more about the validity and the minimum order value of your coupon or discount or additional terms, please gather the information from the respective redemption conditions.

How long are the offers valid?

  • Please understand that our offers are valid only while stocks last. If an item is sold out, it is automatically deleted from the shop.
  • We reserve the right that mistakes for the stock availability can happen.

When do I get a discount?

If you want to place an order above 5.000 € or more please contact us by Email . We will send you an individuale offer.


Is it possible to reserve goods?

Yes, it is - in a reservation you have the opportunity to plan in advance, buy the goods even before they arrive to our warehouse, and receive up to 15% discount!

How does it work?


  1. Simply, go to and click the reservation banner on the right hand side on the bottom of the home page.
  2. Add products to your basket. Each product has its estimated time of arrival.
  3. Up to 10% discount will be calculated at checkout.
  4. The  10% security deposit payment will be deducted from final invoice.

In order to secure your reservations, please pay the security deposit via credit card, PayPal or money wire. Note that the security deposit paid is non-refundable.

Note: you cannot mix reservation with regular order.

What happens now?


  1. We will inform you the goods arrive in our warehouse.
  2. We will ask forthe balance payment.
  3. We will ship your order after balance payment has been cleared.

Item's availability is published for all items on our site and is subject for change.

Shipment costs in the pro-forma invoice are estimated and will be calculated after the goods arrived.



What payment methods are accepted?

The payment is taken during the ordering process. Please note that the shipping takes place only after a successful payment.

  • By credit card: We accept Visa and Master-/Eurocard. The credit card is being charged after the order was made, prior to the shipment of goods.
  • PayPal: With PayPal you can also pay by debit entry. Sign up for free at PayPal and choose your preferred payment method. PayPal allows you as a buyer and us as a seller a secure transaction over the Internet.
  • Cash in advance: In case of cash in advance the total is paid to LamaLoLi's bank account. All bank fees will be charged to your account. Please don't forget to mention your order number. The bank details will be sent to you in an order confirmation email. Once the money transfer has been received by us, your order will be sent, immediately.
  1. In case of advance payment the order takes a little more time to arrive, as the money transfer can last up to 14 working days depending on the bank.

  2. If you make your transfer from abroad, please don't do any regular foreign remittance but SEPA in order to avoid additional bank fees. Please always mention your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details.

  3. In the case additional bank charges incur, due to an incomplete international transfer, those will be charged to you.

How much does shipping cost?


  • Costs for shipping and handling as well as insurance are calculated separately for each item article. Orders containing only one item article are subject to minimum charge fee.
  • The total cost of shipping and handling, as well as the total amount of insurance costs do not depend on the actual amount of cartons being used for shipping the order.
  •  can at their discretion choose the packaging material and method of packaging. Therefore method of packaging and packaging material might vary.
  • Purchases from outside of the EU, for example from Switzerland or Norway, will be shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

  • We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you are at short notice at a different address, or want to send the item to someone in your circle of friends, this is of course possible. In the ordering process you are asked for the delivery address. Please contact us if you have placed your order and afterwards want to change the delivery location.

How do I learn if my order has been dispatched?

  • Once the order was shipped, you will receive an order notification by email with the appropriate tracking number.

  • As well, you can check the status of your order at any time in your account. On this page you should see the details for the order you placed. Orders’ status is listed as: Order received, Processing Order, Order Shipped.

  • If you won't receive any confirmation via email and your order doesn't appear in the section "My Account ", please contact us immediately.


How long does it take to get my order?

  • Orders with payments received till 1 P.M. are being prepared the same business day from our warehouse.
  • The delivery time is 2-3 working days throughout Germany, 3-8 working days to other countries.


Can I pick up the goods myself or assign a forwarder for pick up?


  • Basically you can pick up your goods by yourself. Please contact us in advance so that we can clarify all the details.
  • For collections of goods for an EU country the following documents must be provided to us in advance:
  1. Copy of the passport of the buyer (via email to

  2. Power of attorney: In case of commissioning by the buyer (please fax to 0049-2173-10939-30).

  3. Written assurance of the buyer that purchased goods will be used for business purposes. The upper part will be filled in by us, the lower part by the representative. Afterwards, the form will be sent to you by fax. Please sign it and fax it back to 0049-2173-10939-30.

Can I return goods?

Do you have a complaint? Do the goods have different characteristics from those described in the online shop (e.g. wrong color) or are they faulty?

Do the shown prices include VAT?

Our selling prices are net prices (excl. VAT). The charged VAT is calculated and shown in the shopping cart and the following ordering process. Please note the following rules in determining of the VAT in the ordering process :

  • domestic customers pay the VAT currently applicable in Germany
  • foreign customers who have their headquarters within the EU, and possess a (valid) VAT do not pay VAT
  • foreign customers who have their headquarters within the EU and possess no (valid) VAT ID pay the VAT that is currently applicable in Germany
  • foreign clients who have their headquarters outside the EU, doesn't possess to pay VAT

Do I pay import duties?

  • United Kingdom customers do not have to pay import duties.

  • EU customers whose country belongs to the EU states do not pay import ties.

  • International customers should check their country import duties rate

Our newsletter informs you free of charge on all the latest offers and promotions. If you have no interest in the newsletter, you can unsubscribe it at the end of a newsletter.

Do you sell original, branded license goods?

LamaLoLi GmbH is purchasing its goods from the company TVM Europe GmbH which is the market leader for licence business in Europe (GLN 40 52384 00000 4). With each licensor a written agreement is signed that closed a contract that allows the production and sale of the products. Accordingly, the licence goods purchased from LamaLoLi can be resold without worries. If necessary, we can send you a written confirmation as well.

We provide the same quality as those supplied to the top high street and supermarket retailers in UK.

  • In our shop you will find new articles daily. It may even happen that an originally sold-out item re-appears again in the shop.
  • The new products are dynamically and automatically activated so that anytime there are new products available.
  • In a newsletter, we will inform you about special-offers with products published at a certain time.
